Salus Capilano is a supportive housing built to enable older adults facing concurrent mental health and addiction challenges to age in place. It offers 54 affordable studio apartments, including 8 barrier-free units for those with disabilities. The building is host to a variety of on-site services, including individualized case management and occupational therapy.

The new building is a family-oriented, 3.5-storey redevelopment of an existing property owned free and clear by CCOC. The design is a 16-unit, mixed-income property comprising of 2 and 3-bedroom unit and 4 barrier-free units. The project is built to Passive House standards which assists tenants considerably with their energy usage and costs.
