Ottawa Social Housing Network (OSHN)

Cahdco served as the program manager of Phase III of the Ottawa Shared Services Project. This project piloted the sharing of services across the social housing community in Ottawa in two ways: 1) through selling and purchasing services amongst housing providers; and 2) through joint procurement contracts where housing providers benefit from purchasing as a group. Cahdco’s role involved strategic planning, financial planning, procurement services, communications and marketing, and reporting, among other responsibilities to further the goal of creating a shared services network for housing providers in Ottawa.
