MHI THE HAVEN

A state of the art 98-unit affordable housing development, every unit in the Haven is designed to limit barriers to visitors with disabilities a further 14 of which are universally accessible to individuals with severe mobility limitations. The Barrhaven site is transit accessible, in walking distance to three schools, and is located across the street from one of the biggest parks in the area. The site boasts generous private and public green space, including “The Grande Allee”: a pedestrian oriented public space that promotes neighbourliness.
