CCOC 212-216 Carruthers Avenue
CCOC is developing 10 units of affordable housing on the site of three former (and no longer liveable) units of CCOC managed affordable housing at 212 – 216 Carruthers Avenue. CCOC is developing a 3-storey, OBC Part 9 wood framed construction, with 10 housing units. The proposed project will provide a mix of unit types, including seven 1-bedroom units, and three 3-bedroom units. 20% of the total units will be barrier-free to accomplish accessibility targets. The proposed project will provide a mix of different affordable rental rates.
CCOC has harnessed a strong team of consultants, including Cahdco for project management, Figurr Architects Collective as the architect, and Thomas Cavanagh Construction as the construction manager.
