CC currently serves as the liaison between the boards of Centretown Citizens Ottawa Corporation (CCOC) and Cahdco. She is an experienced communicator with a passion for storytelling, working as the Communications and Reporting Manager for Boann Social Impact. Previously, CC worked for the Government of Canada, working on notable projects such as authoring the Defence Investment Plan Annual Update 2019 and launching the Social Finance Fund. CC holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Public Policy and Administration. She is also unapologetically neurodivergent, disabled, and queer.

Charles Kamin

Charles Kamin is a seasoned advisor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, project development, and sustainable growth initiatives across North America and Africa. As the Managing Director of RMC Advisory Group, he has spearheaded innovative projects in renewable energy, infrastructure, and community development, securing investments and fostering impactful collaborations. With a strong commitment to social impact, Charles brings a wealth of expertise in navigating complex stakeholder environments to drive Cahdco’s mission of creating affordable, sustainable housing solutions. His strategic vision and dedication to community-focused outcomes strengthen the board’s efforts to address housing challenges in Ottawa and beyond.

George Phiri

George Phiri is originally from Malawi and owns HR Audit and Solutions in Canada and different businesses in Malawi. He has lived in almost every continent. At the moment, he lives in Ottawa with his wife and two sons. George has extensive experience in public relations, cultural exchange programs, media relations and managing information resource centres. Having worked as Human Resource Director particularly in scheduling, assigning, and reviewing the work of employees and volunteers, authorized and coordinated vacation and overtime requests. He is a humanitarian who has received 5 awards from Lions Clubs International because of his work. He has been an active Cahdco Board member since 2022.

James Clark

James Clark works as an Advisor in the Canadian Office at the World Bank Group in Washington DC. Prior to this he held positions in the Department of Finance Canada and Global Affairs Canada working on issues including housing and homeless, justice and security and international development. James joined the Government of Canada through the Advanced Policy Analyst Program, a rotational leadership development and training program. He holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Toronto. James has been an active Cahdco board member since 2019.
