CCOC ARLINGTON

The new building will be a family-oriented, 3.5-storey redevelopment of an existing property owned free and clear by CCOC. The design is for a 16-unit mixed-income property with a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom unit types as apartments and stacked townhouses. The environmental objectives of the project are to build to Passive House standards which assist tenants considerably with their energy usage and costs.
